Can you relate?

Does your brain run itself in circles trying to solve problems that haven’t even happened yet? Spend some time with your worries. If the problems you’re trying to solve are only in the future, let them go. Cross that bridge IF you come to it. In the meantime, be present for the life that is actually happening to you right now.

Be intentional about stopping the cycle of worry.

Definitely can relate to this, I need to print out the pic and hang it on the office wall. Keep up the great inspirational thoughts, they brighten up my day!
