About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle, although I’m also happy to go by ‘Shell’. I’d love to connect with you on twitter, or on the Intentional Me facebook page. You can also click over on the sidebar to subscribe to Intentional Me and have posts delivered to your email or favorite reader.
Me:
I’m wife to a wonderful, funny guy, who has been by my side for the last 17+ years, and we have two crazy boys. We own a small business, so I am blessed to be able to stay at home with our boys and also work my part of the business from home. Between our boys and our business, things can be pretty crazy, and there many days where I feel flat out overwhelmed. It’s easy to feel like no matter what I try, it’s never enough, but I fight off that negativity and look for the blessings that are everywhere. I am constantly working to keep up with housework (I’m a terrible housekeeper), laundry, dishes, and all those little jobs that seem like it would be so easy for a blessed-to-be-at-home-mom to keep up with. I am far from perfect, but I’m working to get a better handle on all that, and to clear out the clutter in our lives, so that I can enjoy more of my time with my three favorite guys.
You:
I’m so glad to have you here! I know that there are many things you could be doing with your time, and your choice to spend even a tiny bit of your valuable time here at Intentional Me is something for which I am truly thankful. Having you as a reader is a blessing and inspiration. I know there are lots of other women/moms out there struggling with the same things I am. I’m here, posting, writing, and praying…. for you. Feel free to contact me at intentionalme {at} gmail {dot} com at anytime. It’s my hope and prayer that sharing my journey to be intentional, figure out what works, and learn the ‘art’ of truly living, might help you on your own journey.
My Inspiration and Promise:
My husband once told me something along these lines: “If you put as much time and effort into everything as you did this {relay for life} team, you could really do something amazing.” Those words of his really stuck with me. He was right. I decided that putting my whole self, and ALL of my best effort, into my family and friends, into our REAL LIVES, was a worthy goal.

Hi,
I feel silly, but I linked to your wonderful link-up party, but I cannot find the code for your link-up button. (I know I must be missing it somewhere.) I would like to put your button up, if you would point me in the right direction.
I am sorry I am a bit clueless today.
Blessings,
-Heather
