Shifting Focus

It’s summer, so I thought I’d share a bit of fun, and just a little something to think about:

Wouldn’t it be cool if you could take a photo, but not worry about what was in focus?

If you could later click your mouse and choose what was in focus for that particular picture?

It would be great to click and refocus this on the dandelion instead of the weedy yard in the background...

I was amazed to discover there is a new camera technology coming out that does just that.  At the risk of sounding like a teenager….it is way cool!

The link below is for their photo gallery.  Some really unimpressive photos, I thought.  At first.  The focus was off.

But then I discovered that by clicking on the photo, you can change what’s in focus.

Background, or foreground, or anywhere in the middle.

It’s so fun.  Try it!

Wouldn’t it be sweet

if we could adjust our own

attitudes and perspectives

in real life just as easily?

That’d be nice, wouldn’t it?

Something to think about.

I know, right? That’s exactly what I thought. I just kept clicking and refocusing over and over…

I still think it’s amazing, even hours later. I’m going to want one when they come out! Glad it made you happy to see a silly post. :)

I will try this website out later. It would really be great to do that with what sometimes comes out of our mouths we didn’t mean to say and do a “do-over”. Whoa that is a lot to think about!
