It’s Here! Have You Seen It??

My co-authors Heather Smith and Michelle Debenport are happy to announce with me that our new e-book is now available on Amazon’s Kindle Store! Be Free: A 14-Day Challenge of Food Discovery is a helpful how-to guide for anyone considering a gluten free, dairy free, or soy free lifestyle.

Find out more at our website,, where you’ll find a video of Heather and Michelle’s apprearance on Good Morning Texas as they explained why we wrote it, and how we hope it can help you on your own journey of food discovery!

Somewhere in the space of less than 24 hours between Friday and Saturday afternoons, I went from “just me” to:   Speaker, Blogging Conference Co-host, & Published E-book Author. Please don’t take that as bragging.  I write that with great humility. Honestly… How on earth did that happen?  I’m truly still in disbelief.  If you would have told me any ONE of those things a year ago, I would have thought you were off your rocker.  And I would have told you so!

A year ago, I didn’t even know what ‘gluten free’ meant, much less realize how much it could impact how lousy, tired, and achey my body was feeling.

Less than a year ago, I was the girl who literally had to talk herself out of the hotel room to even go down to dinner at the Relevant Conference.  Just to go down and sit in a giant room full of people and eat.

Six months ago, I was the one at the MomHeart Conference texting my friend in Ohio that Kat had said hello and knew my name! (Kat’s a huge bloggy role model for me.  Go  check out her Inspired to Action if you don’t already know her.)

Can you see why I’m having trouble wrapping my head around this past week? Speaking at a MamasWrite session on Journaling & Blogging, having our e-book Be Free: A 14-Day Challenge of Food Discovery published on Amazon’s Kindle store, and successfully pulling off a blogging conference for 80 women when our ‘dream big’ team goal was 50?  Pretty awe inspiring.  I am grateful.  I am exhausted.  And I still can’t believe it all happened in less than 24 hours…

Life moves pretty fast.

If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Something to think about…

This is so fantastic! Congratulations! Will be praying that this becomes a hit and sells awesomely. And will definitely be checking it out because I have started a gluten-free, soy-free diet, not because of allergies but because of hypothyroidism.

Oh, how exciting! All of it! God is so good and so faithful to bless when we are obedient. I hardly know you, but I am super happy for you! Oh, what courage it has taken to find yourself in this place. It’s a good place. I pray God continues to expand your sphere of influence, for His glory! Blessings to you 🙂

I went gluten free a while back and felt better but then I didn’t stick with it. I purchased your book today and will give it another try. May even blog about it each day.
